Summary
We performed percutaneous transluminal recanalization successfully for
an occluded modified Potts shunt in a 35-year-old man with pulmonary atresia
and ventricular septal defect. Percutaneous transluminal recanalization
deserves to be considered for occluded shunts if the duration of obstruction
is short.
